Registration & fundraising

Join a community of beginner and advanced cyclists alike and ride for a cause! E-bikes welcome!

Registration is $199 per person and space is selling out fast.

Once registered, cyclists can immediately begin fundraising.

The Stober Foundation is generously matching all funds raised up to $150,000, meaning your fundraising will go twice as far!

All donations of $20 or more are eligible for a tax receipt. The registration fee does not count towards a participant's fundraising total and is not eligible for a tax receipt.

The Ride

Riders can hit as many stops as desired!

Whether it's 5km, 40km or somewhere in between, you decide the length of your route and the activities you enjoy! E-bikes welcome!

The route starts and finishes at Kitsch Wines with riders receiving a map of participating wineries, cideries, and distilleries prior to departure.

Start times will begin at 1:30pm and every 15 mins thereafter.

At each location, riders will enjoy tastings and opportunities to complete fun challenges to be entered for prizes.

Riders will receive one stamp in their passport for:

completing activities at stops, and/or
making a purchase at stops.

*Volunteers will transport purchased items back to Kitsch Wines for collection at end of the day. One stamp only per location for purchases regardless of purchase amount.

At the end of the ride, participants will exchange their stamps for raffle tickets to be entered into a prize draw!

Not a cyclist? You can still join!

Wicked Tours will be hosting a bus tour for those who don't bike, but still want to support the cause!

Bus tour participants are eligible for fundraising and challenge prizes, and are welcome to attend the post-ride picnic.

Registration: $199 per person, space is limited!

Picnic and celebration

The fun doesn't stop at the finish line.

Once you've completed your route, settle in for a picnic in the beautiful orchard setting at Kitsch Wines.
