Pavel's CAN Pro-Am Player Fundraising Page
Jagshemash!
As you may know, I’m kinda into playing hockey. I’ve been playing it since I was a kid but I’ve never played professionally or with professionals. I’ve also played for good cause before but nothing like I’m about to pitch to you..
I was lucky enough to be asked to compete in a charity tournament this November. An opportunity that will give me a chance to play with real ex-NHL players. But more importantly it will make difference for many kids, youth and adults on the autism spectrum.
You can probably imagine that my dream would be to take ice with the GOAT (number 68 aka Jaromir Jagr) but more realistically there will be no mullets. Past tournaments included stars like Daniel and Henrik Sadin, so if you’re a Canucks fan (I’m so sorry for you) you can scroll directly to the donate button.
Anyways, the cold heart fact I’m reaching out to you is to ask for your money. Yes, the hard earned $$$. I’m trying to raise funds for Canucks Autism Network (CAN). The more money my team - The Yeastie Boys raise, the better chances we will have at trading an ex-NHL player to our roster that will compete in the 2023 CAN Pro-AM Hockey Tournament in November. Spectators are more than welcome so come and see us in action.
I’ll keep the info short and sweet since you can find all the details online. By participating in the CAN Pro-Am, I will be helping to ensure that thousands of kids, youth and adults on the autism spectrum can access life-changing opportunities!
The goal is to raise $2,000 individually or $850,000 per all the teams competing which is an awful lot of money put to a good use!!! If you decide to support this cause you can also write it off of your taxes so it’s a win-win scenario (coz who likes to pay taxes, amirite). There’s no upper ceiling so if you feel generous donate as much as you CAN!
